Our mission is to provide prompt reliable service for the high quality brands we sell to our dedicated customers, who work hard to feed the planet with high quality protein, grains and oils which are produced in a sustainable and environmentally conscious way as they have been doing for generations. Together we are more than ever ready for the future of farming and food production.
Morris began his path toward the opening of Drummond’s Farm Services Ltd in 1972 as a Rep for Vermeer Mfg. and in 1977 opened a White Farm Equipment dealership after purchasing an existing building in downtown Holland. The existing site on the highway was purchased & a new building was constructed, doubling the dealership size in 1980. Renovations to the parts and showroom area were completed in 1984. Another expansion was completed in 2002. In 2016 the dealership doubled in size again to 20,000sq ft on an expanded site still at the same location. A customer’s view of Drummonds is important because it is the measure of where the dealership came from and where it is headed. We strive to have a positive environment that is welcoming to both new and existing customers. We hope and ask that the customer makes a conscious decision to partner with Drummonds by purchasing the equipment brands we represent, as well as the abilities of our qualified staff. Whether they have an interaction at the parts counter over their 30 year old white tractor or their 30 day old Kubota, every interaction is important to Drummonds. We want to make our customers believe they made the correct choice in partnering with us by helping them achieve their most profitable season yet through minimal downtime, the least stress and great memories!
Safety is of utmost concern and it starts with cleanliness in the shop. Our 20,000 square foot facility is swept clean daily as time permits. With state of the art sound-deadening metal sheathing on the walls and interior roof, an oil separator built into the shop floor during the expansion in 2016, eliminating use of used oil furnaces, as well as automatic air pollution sensors and exhaust fan hoses that reach all bays we have taken environmental and employee safety to our highest levels yet!
The experience of an employee at Drummonds is important since their experiences will drive the dealership's image. Each employee is the face of the business on any given day, whether a service call to a farmers yard, an interaction at the parts counter, or a sales person visiting you after a purchase. The workplace satisfaction at Drummonds is paramount to a positive interaction in each conversation. Drummond’s Farm Services image is in a constant state of fluxdue to each interaction between a customer and employee. Past communications are something to pride ourselves on as well as work forward from, with a view toward improvement!
